Anime-Raku.com believes in providing our customers with a happy shopping experience. We only sell officially licensed goods and do not ship damaged goods. All of our returns/exchanges are handled in a case by case manner to insure that we are able correctly account for the reason of the return of our goods. To begin your return process please read the policy provided below and send an e-mail request to start the return process at the address provided at the end of this page.
Please note that all shipping fees related to returns, exchanges and damaged goods will be at the customers’ expense. In the case that Anime Raku is responsible for error in item shipped, customer is not responsible for return shipping.
This Return & Exchange policy applies only to purchases on www.Anime-Raku.com and not to any purchases made in store at our Bellevue, WA location. For details on return policy for in store purchases please refer to our about us page.
What is your return policy? You may return purchased product(s) for store credit within 15 calendar days of the order shipment date. All items returned must be in as new, unopened condition for return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). All returns will be handled by customer service via email communications. Item exchanges are only made when Anime-Raku.com is responsible for purchase error, and within 15 calendar days of said item shipment date. Any return credits made will occur after the item is returned to Anime Raku and inspection on the item(s) has been completed.
What if my item arrived defective or damaged?
We do not ship damaged goods. Due to the delicate nature of a majority of our goods, in addition to making sure each package is adequately protectively packaged, we strongly suggest to our customers to purchase shipping insurance for all purchases over $25 US dollars. If your purchase does arrived damaged, please immediately take a picture of the damaged item, and the box it was shipped in for proof of damage; For orders under 25 US dollars, please contact our customer service using the contact info below for next instructions. For purchases over 25 US dollars, in general for goods damaged in transit, we do not return orders that were shipped without shipping insurance. As with our general returns all inquiries for damaged/defective merchandise is handled by our customer service by a case by case nature. In addition to this we require that you contact our customer service within 2 business days of receipt of said damaged goods.
What if I was sent the wrong item?
In the rare case that we do send you the wrong item please contact us at the address provided below, including the original invoice number information on what the product you received in error is, and our customer service representative will work with you to get the right product to you.
How do I begin the return process?
Please send us an e-mail to support@anime-raku.comwith 'Return/Exchange Request' in the subject line. Additionally please include the following in formation in the e-mail you send us; Your Name, Order Number, Product in Question, Detailed description of Return Reason and Your reply contact information. Please allow up to 3 business days for our customer service representative to get back to you.
